Who Is This For?

This sword is a perfect blend of striking art and robust craftsmanship. It is highly recommended for:

  • Aesthetic Collectors: Sword enthusiasts looking for a bold black and red "Peacock" motif with a flawless mirror polish.
  • Martial Arts Practitioners: Features a solid Shinogi Zukuri blade with no Bo-Hi (full fuller) for a heavier, more powerful cutting feel.
  • Display Connoisseurs: Housed in a premium solid wood piano-lacquered scabbard (Saya) that commands attention in any room.

1065 Carbon Steel & Mirror Polish

The blade is forged from 1065 high carbon steel and subjected to meticulous muffle furnace heating and constant temperature tempering. It is finished with a stunning mirror polish that gleams brilliantly under the light. Crafted in the traditional Shinogi Zukuri style without a Bo-hi (groove), this blade offers robust weight and authentic geometry.

Premium Fittings & Exclusive Habaki

This katana features an iron Tsuba (guard) complemented by copper Fuchi and Kashira (pommel and collar). The brass Habaki (blade collar) is an exclusive custom mold, ensuring a perfect, unique fit. The Tsuka (handle) is wrapped in genuine rayskin and tightly bound with a premium cotton/silk blend Ito, secured by double bamboo pegs (Mekugi) for full tang structural integrity.
