  1. The new website has removed a large number of similar and unrecommended products, narrowing the selection from thousands on the old site to now just a few hundred. So, if you find something you like, you can purchase with confidence, as all items have been carefully selected by us.

  2. The quality of swords and knives can vary greatly, so having an unconditional return and exchange policy is very important when you place your order. If you're unsure which quality is better, you can order one from each supplier and return the one you don't like.

  3. If your financial situation is tight, please note that swords and knives are not essential items.

  4. Purchases of swords and knives by minors are prohibited.

  5. Non-stainless steel swords and knives require regular oiling to prevent rust. After use, they should be cleaned and oiled before being stored in their sheaths. For maintenance methods, please contact customer service.

  6. Performance knives do not guarantee that they can "cut through iron, steel bars, concrete, stones, tiles, pig bones, cow bones, etc." Any damage resulting from such excessive use is considered normal.

  7. Swords and knives are consumables; it is normal for them to develop scratches, chips, rolled edges, and rust during use. Please be aware of this before purchasing, and if you are concerned, order with caution.

  8. For products on the website (excluding custom products, changes to outer styles, color alterations, product configurations, engraving, adding padding, and unsharpened items; if you are unsure about what is included, please consult customer service before ordering), we support a 7-day unconditional return and exchange policy as long as the items are unused, undamaged, and do not affect resale. For non-quality issues, the return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and returns will be processed after inspection and confirmation.

  9. Clearance items sold at special prices come with no after-sales service; once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged, so please order with caution!

  10. If a product is damaged during shipping or has inherent quality issues that require a return or exchange, we will cover the shipping costs.

  11. If a sword or knife is damaged during subsequent use and requires repair, the cost of repair and return shipping must be borne by the buyer. Please contact customer service for the return method and address.

  12. If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you should contact customer service immediately for a proper resolution. If you fail to contact customer service for after-sales support or do not negotiate the outcome of after-sales service, and instead disrupt discussions in various group chats or public platforms, affecting our reputation, we reserve the right to refuse after-sales service, consider it as forfeiting any after-sales rights, and permanently blacklist you. You will also be responsible for any reputational damage costs incurred.
